IF I WERE A FLOWER Walking past the beautiful flowers... Surrounded by beauty for the eyes to behold... Taking in the pure air that makes all feel right... Closing my eyes to get a clear inner picture of the creations that surround me... I let out a smile that comes from within, I want to have them close to me, I thought. Everything feels right, it just does. The beautiful colours of the flowers, How the birds rejoice at the sight of these beauties. The leaves, they swing to the whispers of the gentle breeze... If I were a flower, a beautiful one Rising in the morning at the call of the sun Responding to the invitation of the coolness of the dew Dancing to the sweet melodies from the birds Beautiful to behold, as the Cedar of Lebanon Sweet scents like the olive tree, capturing the spirit of man...
