WATER, A CURE FOR DANDRUFF!

For about six years before now, I struggled with dandruff on my hair. I tried several means just to cure this hair ailment but to no avail. I did the two-week interval washing, I used several kinds of antidandruff treatment, at a point I even thought it was something that should be dealt with internally and I had to use antibiotics and herbs, still the dandruff persisted. It got so frustrating that I almost took it as a fate because each time I applied oil, my scalp got dried almost immediately making it seem like I never applied cream or oil for days. I changed shampoos, hair creams and treatments, I used shea butter, olive oil, EVO, and even all combined, I remember a friend calling me 'danddy' because that name sounded like an abbreviation for dandruff, plus the dandruff usually caused a painful scalp for me. 31-12-2015, THANKSGIVING DAY.

     It's indeed been a wonderful year, mistakes made, lessons learnt, for me, nothing broken, nothing missing. Thanks to God for all of that.       I had it planned to dedicate this day giving thanks. Giving thanks to God, my immediate family, friends, loved ones and of course,  to YOU.       You all have made my year, I'm better than I started, with God, with you and a whole lot of others.       Really don't have a lot to say because I am so overwhelmed with appreciation that all I can think of saying right now is THANK YOU!      But, from a whole lot of things I've learnt this year, I'll just share a few key lessons and personal words to run with in the year 2016.    1. Exodus 4:1-2 2.  And the Lord said unto him (Moses) , ' What is that in thine hand ?' And he said, 'A rod'. 2Kings 4:1-2 Elisha asked the window, “ Tell me, what do you have in the house ?” “Nothing at all, except a small jar of olive oil,” she replied. Sometimes, we don't know how great that 'small' substance we have is until we put it to use. Moses' rod might have looked ordinary, but it did wondrous things (parted the red sea, brought forth water from a rock, turned into a serpent, was a mighty instrument during the plagues) Remember the widow with a 'small' jar of oil, I am very sure she didn't know that her 'small' jar of oil could fill several bigger jars until there were no more jars.
